a letter from me <33

hi everyone !!! My name is madeleine, I am 13 years old (born in 2008), and I live in Jakarta, Indonesia. This all started after I volunteered at an organization where I found out about child stunting during a speech. I was completely stunned at this new topic because I had never learnt or heard about it in my life. In my later years, I did several presentations about this and to my surprise, almost no one knew what child stunting was -- not even my teacher. From that moment on, I began planning and brainstorming ideas I could do to help with the prevention of child stunting and like magic, up came the idea of a social enterprise. And just like that (not really), Petite Souris came to life.
Thank you so much for taking the time to know me and my brand by reading these short paragraphs. I really appreciate it and I hope that you have learned more about child stunting from me/ this website.
with love,

the story
Petite Souris started when a girl who loves fashion saw a wrong in the world that she wanted to help right. It began as an idea that sparked into a project with a goal. Petite Souris is a on-trend fashion brand that focuses on delivering the best items while bettering our community for our future generations. I create and design my own pieces and each piece is made with great care and love. I am donating profit from our sales to (undecided organization)—an organization that speaks up for the prevention of child stunting — in an attempt to help stop this problem. I want to fix this issue and I need your help to do it. Giving underprivileged children a better start in life one shirt at a time.
Bisous,
Petite Souris
mission statement
I have always believed that every child should at least have the basic right to food; an essential to every human being. However, to this day, kids are still getting malnourished and having their growth stunted. Hearing this, I made it my mission to help these kids. So, I created Petite Souris. A social enterprise that strives to sell on-trend fashion pieces while bringing light the importance of childhood nutrition. The profit generated from sales will be donated to charities preventing childhood malnutrition.
